Administration Assistant – Receptionist – Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited high school/GED and at least 18 years old
  • Good computer skills with 1-2 years experience in a Office setting (Medical office a plus)
  • Clerical skills and organization skills
  • Excellent Verbal / Written communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Integrity and an understanding of confidentiality requirements per the Colorado Depatment of Labor and HIPAA
  • Ability to work rotating weekend schedule

Administrative Assistant – Receptionist – Job Description

  • Greet / Welcome Office visitors at Main Entrance
  • Receive and accurately transfer incoming calls during hours of operation
  • Assist Facilties Supervisor in supplying Staff with Medical Supplies
  • Process and follow through with Medical Durable Equipment Orders
  • Facilitate ordering and delivering of office supplies for administrative staff
  • Other duties / responsibilities that support the Agency’s core values of Commitment, Advocacy, Respect and Excellence
  • Guaranteed 24 hours per week (three shifts)
