• Majority of Commercial Insurances / HMO’s (we will
  negotiate eligibility and qualify Home Care benefits)
• We will verify patient’s eligibility and will make every
  effort for each patient to be covered and eligible to
  receive our services
• Majority of infusion related cases are covered under
  insurance plans not listed above
